Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your treats every step of the way.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our sour snacks to the rest of the world soon!

To maintain maximum sourness and texture, we recommend storing your SourBoys treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the bag is sealed tightly after opening.
